Here you go ladies its October and that means Breast Cancer Awarness Month!!! Hope if you cant get into your doctor right away this helps you, and dont be afraid to ask a friend or someone close to you for help you if you think your doing it wrong or if you feel a lump, or a bump, just dont ask a chump to do it ;) hehe... Dont be scared of Self Breast exams either just think of it as brushing your teeth or showering.
